Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care products, including but not limited to ear wax removers and ear care devices, once an order has been delivered.
All sales are final, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must

Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect
Ensure the issue is visible, valid, and explainable
Once reviewed and approved, cleartone will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
cleartone is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address.
